TUBAN Watterfalls
“Tuban El Gouna creates a sophisticated fusion of thoughtfully terraced levels of residences with the natural beauty of a dynamic waterway that is the central focus of the community. The project features a diverse array of contemporary apartments, waterfront townhouses and spacious villas, each designed and located to take advantage of stunning water and community open space views.
Setting Tuban El Gouna apart and central to its charm are its Venetian-inspired residential island enclaves within the waterway, as well as its wide offering of amenities such as marinas, beaches, parks, and inter-connecting trails throughout. This community will also enjoy close proximity and connectivity to the mixed-use G Valley development,
which offers shopping, dining and entertainment just steps away”.
The Architectural concept
“Tuban Waterfalls is conceived as a contemporary reinterpretation of Egyptian vernacular architecture, capturing the essence of local materiality. The proposal seeks to balance the relationship between built environment and open space, ensuring a constant flow and connection with the exterior.
Drawing from the roots of local vernacular architecture, the design evokes memories of narrow alleys, courtyards bathedin natural light, and framed views that capture moments of serenity.Pure geometries shape the spaces, creating a rhythm that echoes through every courtyard and passage. The apartments, in their sculpted simplicity, are both an embrace of tradition and a celebration of the new ways people live.”
The Garden
Thoughtfully selected vegetation blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a personal oasis and fostering a deep connection with nature. Simply gazing out a window or into an internal garden brings tranquility.
Apartments
Facing the street, the apartments maintain the humble presence and the quiet life that unfolds there. While on the other side, the facades open generously to the water, where light and air breathe freely, and the day’s rhythm unfolds with the sun’s reflection on the surface. In this contrast, the duality of El Gouna comes to life —private yet open, intimate yet expansive.
